Once again we are NOT a non profit company. By sending us your unit you agree to all terms regarding giving us your unit and we will do our best to recycle any and all parts from the unit the best we can. All the information below is required.

You are donating your unit, which will be dismantled, sold or recycled to the best of our abilities. You are also aware that you will not receive any compensation for any or all of the unit(s) that you are sending in with this form unless previously arranged in a email, a phone call can not be used. We do not reimburse any of the shipping cost associated with you sending us your unit(s) unless previously arranged in a email, a phone call can not be used.
