My Palm Pilot crashed and was totally unresponsive to soft and hard reboots. Given my back-up was not up todate, I was desperate. A live person at Shorttronics quickly answered my phone inquiries and was very supportive. In about a week they perfectly fixed my E2 and I did not loose any data. It was a great relief to get my auxillary brain back in working order.
