I was having some trouble with my on/off button and with charging my palm, but when I dropped it and the LCD screen cracked I thought my whole device was garbage! I called and Chris answered right away and assured me he could fix all my problems! After tracking my package I knew he received it on Saturday. By Tuesday I received an e-mail that he already shipped it back repaired - amazing service! Honest , quick and capable. Now I can continue being organized with a totally revamped palm! Thank you!
