Have had a m515 for over 10 years. Just moved to a new laptop with Windows 8. Didn't have the software disc. My multiple attempts at downloading failed. After a half hour on the phone with Chris everything works perfectly. An excellent experience. I will be back whenever I need repairs or a new battery.
