Palm Desktop HotSync Issue

I had an issue, on a previous laptop (stolen before I could correct the issue) and on my current Windows 7 laptop; After installation of the original software I could not Hotsync my Palm 505 and found I had no selection for USB connection to make the connection. After unsuccessfully making various attempts to Hotsync I called Chris Short who was in the office on a Saturday. Chris worked diligently in locating and installing Palm Software that worked with my Palm 505. This included his 64 bit driver install. He worked remotely for a half hour and got me up and running perfectly. He is definitely a master regarding the Palm and worked with a great attitude. It was more than worth the $25 for his help.
