Chris Short is awesome! Our company had a computer upgrade and the IT techs were having trouble installing the Palm software on the new PC, and then getting it to HotSync. When they couldn't figure it out, they left me on my own. I called Chris and he patiently walked me through everything and we got it working again. I'm breathing a HUGE sigh of relief now...thanks Chris! YOU ROCK!
