Without a purchase, Chris provided the software to get my aging TX to cable sync. I was so impressed with his service and help that I purchased an upgraded TX as a backup for my aging TX (until there is some decent software for my Android phone). I ordered it on line on a Saturday morning and was notified that it shipped that afternoon; and, I received it the following Tuesday. I cannot say enough about the Palm Dr.'s exceptional service and product. Instead of having the "new" TX for a backup, I'm using it everyday and using my original as the backup.
