Found Chris on the internet, after talking with a couple of other companies. (which did not leave me feeling good about their products, or expertise). He was knowledgeable, and friendly. Helped me get my Zumo up and running again. Will recommend him to anyone needing GPS repair.

As a side note, the 1st screen / digitizer he sent me, went bad after a week. When I called, he helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone. I sent the unit to him and he stood behind his parts, and replaced the defective part for me. Nice to find someone who cares about their reputation, and customer service.

Wish I could say as much about Garmin, who will no longer service this model.
