Touch screen stopped working which rendered unit unusable. Chris provided great phone service. I used the express service to request replacement of digitizer and battery with lightning turn-around time. When touchscreen sensitivity was not as good, worked w/me over the phone to diagnose and ultimately installed another digitizer again at no additional charge. Very happy with the prompt, courteous service. Thought my Palm was dead, but very happy to have it completely usable again. Thanks!
