My Garmin Zumo 450 worked one day and not the next. Garmin told me regretfully they don't service the 450 any longer but would be happy to give me a 20% discount on a new model. My Zumo was a lot of money and should have had more life in it for the price. After a Google search I found Chris and his company. I called him and he spoke to me about my issues and I never felt rushed. He then sent me a link to his website and the services he offers. I mailed my Zumo in that day. Chris said he'd go to work on it the day it arrived and true to his word he call me back in 3 days to let me know it was fixed and the total cost. Although that's fantastic service this next part blew my socks off. He said he'd stick it in the mail that day if I would mail him a check tomorrow. Does it get any better than that? I think not. I told my buddy about his service and he sent in his troubled 550 that day after talking to Chris. He will have my business and the highest recommendation to my ridding buddies. If you need his services you will not be disappointed my friends. Five Starts +++. Thanks again Chris.
