Chris was outstanding. he picked up the phone late on Monday evening to send me the link for the new upgrade. I needed help to transfer all of my data to a newer laptop and Chris was kind enough to spend some time with me on the phone the following day to walk me through the process. Chris was also very understanding that I choose to keep and continue working with a "dinosaur" of Palm devices - no one I personally know still uses one. I love mine especially for the personal use of calendar and date book. This is a great service and a great web site! I highly recommend to all you out there that need this type of assistance!!!
