I just can\'t say enough great things about Chris and his outstanding customer service and repair skills on my 6-uear old Garmin RoadTech Zumo 550 GPS, After losing the on/off button and getting absolutely no help from Garmin, I stumbled across Chris\'s website doing an online search. With me not being the most astute on current techno know how, I called Chris and was immediately put at ease by his friendly and knowledgeable manner. He provided me with an immediate and very reasonably-priced solution to my problem and patiently explained the entire process to over the phone. I immediately followed his precise instructions and mailed my device to him that day. Surprisingly, 2 days later I received a call from him saying that my device had been repaired and was being shipped back to me that very same day. 2 days later, I had my GPS device back in my hands and in perfect, like-new condition. In summary, you just can\'t beat this company for professional, friendly and knowledgeable service at a very reasonable price with a super-quick turn-around time.
