My Zumo would not recognize the MC or car mount. Worked fine under it\'s own power. The contacts on the bottom of the unit were burnt. I sent an email to Chris asking if I was SOL. Was told no, we can fix it. For half the price of a refurb unit, Chris fixed it and returned it in a few days.

I highly recommend his service.
