I was just about to junk my trusty Tungsten 'c' because it had become untrustworthy in that it wouldn't connect to Wi-Fi. A web search found Short Tronics site and I'm so glad I sent it there for repair. It was returned in about 5 days and now works perfectly again. It's not an 'iPod' and I know it's somewhat dated, but it does all I need it to do. Thanks Short Tronics - your quick moderately priced service is appreciated.
