Wow. I sent my dead Zumo 550 to PalmDr.com on a Monday. Got it back on Friday of the SAME week, and it is working perfectly again. Excellent service and what a nice alternative to paying hundreds for a new GPS unit for my bikes. I highly recommend this company for GPS repairs.
