 Includes all standard programs installed and ready to go.  This palm pilot is in like new condition (technically not new but you should expect it to be just as a new unit), no scratches on the touch screen or body.   Be wary of sellers that label their units as new, A) if it is not sealed consider it probably NOT new, B)if it is new the manufactures warrantee will no longer be valid and C) if the battery has not been changed(not user replaceable) then most likely the battery is bad, this type of battery is only good for a couple of years if not charged.
