NOTICE: 

International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Shipping Methods&Tracking Methods:

USPS - United States Postal System

  • First Class - expected delivery between 2 and 7 days
  • Priority Mail - expected delivery between 1 and 3 days
  • Express Mail - guaranteed delivery in one to two days
  • Priority Mail International - delivery is greatly determined by receiving country, some are better than others
  • Express Mail International - delivery is greatly determined by receiving country, some are better than others

Returns and Exchange Policy

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchases; however, if for any reasons you want to exchange or return your items within seven days of receiving the item, please contact us via e-mail or phone as long as they are in original condition with all parts.  The price of shipping is not refundable.

Warranty on Store Items and Repairs

For all items on our website except where specified within the description is for a period of 90 days which starts from the time you receive the shipment.  For repairs the warranty is only for those items that were replaced/repaired.  Please contact us via email or phone to arrange repair or replacement.  We do not cover the shipping in either direction for warranty items, this is the customers responsibility, we typically charge a $5 fee for return shipping.
