I had a fellow Americade rider recommend Chris's service. I e mailed the company and had a quick reply,I thought the unit was toasted.... But once I got it out, it was evaluated and repaired rapidly and works just as good, if not better than before. I will sing the praises of this company for years to come!! Zumo 550 repair

I found Chris on the website (after I discovered Garmin no longer provides any parts or service for my 550) and I called him about my screen problems with my Zumo 550. He recommended replacing the screen, back up battery and digitizer and suggested I look at replacing the buttons if they were a few years old. I had him do all of that and it only took one week for the time I shipped it to him until I got it back. The quality of his work is excellent and the price was particularly good when compared with buying a new unit. I would highly recommend Chris if you need something like this repaired. He was great to work with and exceeded my expectations.

Repaired GPS

My Zumo Road Tech 660 Garmin GPS had a loose USB connection. Garmin told me it was no longer serviced by them. Luckily I found Chris and he quickly repaired my GPS for a great price. I swear it actually works better then new. I recommend Chris to all that need repairs.

My Zumo 550 had no display, no power, I thought it was fried and I would have to purchased another one, but after sending it to Chris it's fully functional and working great. The repair took no more than 5 days to include shipment to and from Chris's company. He is a true professional and customer service focus. Thank you Chris for all your support I truly appreciated it. I'll definitely recommend you to anyone that I know that needs your service.

Chris saved my Palm

After my Palm fell on my bed, while on a business trip, there was no picture on the screen. I call Chris and he told me exactly the problem, he could fix it, and how much it would cost. When I returned home, I went straight to the PO and mailed my Palm to Chris. He received my Palm in two days, fixed it that day, and returned it the same day. I received it back in two days. You cannot ask for more. Chris is very easy to deal with. Chris, I appreciate you, and your service. Thank you.
