After looking for a GPS replacement and finding none acceptable, I searched the internet and found Short Tronics INC.
The service and speed of repairs are fantastic, with superb results, and are very affordable.
I also saved a hundred dollars or so by not having to buy new re=charging cables and friction mount for my RV.
Super service and very professional results. Many thanks.
If I get more problems in the future.. .I\'LL BE BACK !!

I got the drivers installed and hooked up the new cable to my TX and everything worked great. I have so much info on the
TX that it did take a while to back up. My last backup was in 2009. I am so lucky that I found you on
the internet. My contact \"customer\" info is priceless and thanks to you and PalmDR.com I can now sleep
at night knowing I have everything backed up.

Terrific service - prompt, professional and courteous. Unit would not recharge the main battery on either 120 v line adaptor or on 12v power source. Short tronics identified defective internal backup/clock battery and replaced it. Also discovered that after market main battery was incompatible with unit and replaced it.Chris involved all the way. Great folks to do business with.
