I found PalmDr.com and contacted them about my palm pilot. They checked it out, replaced the screen and sent it back within a relatively short time (I think 1.5-2 weeks from when I mailed it). The costs was reasonable. When I asked for a receipt because I wasn\'t sure where mine was, it was given within an hour. Good job!
