It's been an absolute pleasure (and a small miracle) doing business with Chris. I refuse to take on a smartphone just to do the things I want to do, and my Tungsten E is failing fast. I weighed trying to have it fixed, to finding a new PDA online, or taking a chance on a refurbed and nicer Palm. I'm so glad I took a chance on one of Chris' upcycled units. It's in perfect condition, has more features than I had before, and it came with some patient and non-condescending help. And I feel pretty righteous keeping a perfectly good unit out of a landfill.
