Was contemplating purchasing a rebuilt used palm on e-bay or amazon. Happened to find info on Chris Short and customer reviews! WHAT A FIND!!! He was able to diagnose immediately. Turnaround was amazing, even though I stressed no need for speedy return. Came back cleaned, and new screen saver applied. Excellent service. I consider this an early Christmas gift to me!!!!! TY and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of \'tossing\' their palm ---- give them a chance!
