I am so glad I happened upon PalmDr, when doing a general online search for Palm services and repairs. Chris advised me over the hone prior to my sending him anything, and then let me know once my Palms arrived to him.

He then quickly estimated the cost of repairing them, along with the additional items I wanted to purchase. The repairs were done lightning fast, and all of the items came back to me about 1 day after they had been fixed. I was able to pay for all of this online via PayPal, and the total cost was well below anything anyone else was charging for just one of the numerous repairs and items I requested. All of this occurred during extremely heavy snow storms throughout the Central and Eastern states!! Amazing!
