This company has OUTSTANDING SERVICE. They say what they will do and they do what they say they will do. I sent in my Zumo 450 GPS unit for repair. It had both software and hardware problems and was not useable. I sent the unit in with a problem description. About 4 days later I received and e-mail describing what needed to be done to the unit and the pricing for the repairs. I received the repaired unit back about 10 days from the time I sent it in. The unit is like new and even retained my favorites information. The pricing was very very reasonable. I would recommend anyone needing electronic repairs go to Short Tronics first before buying new or sending elsewhere for repairs. They truly are a great repair facility.
