Chris from beginning to end communicated immediately and clearly. I initially wrote with what the situation was, and he replied with what he thought the problem was and how much it would cost to repair. He was right on the money and the problem. He conveniently helped with directions on how to mail it to him and repaired it fast and helped with dealing with the post office and when I got it back it not only worked, it had all of my information right there. I really appreciate the communication and the expertise in knowing his product and how to evaluate and repair it.
