Includes all standard programs installed and ready to go. There are NO scratches on the screen or front of this unit – there may be a few very minor scratches, if any, on the back!  FULLY tested, everything works GREAT!!!   The small white rubber cover that hides the USB and charge port has been removed because it usually does not work well and since the ports are already sealed on the inside – if you prefer to have this cover please let us know at the time of purchase and we will be sure to include it.  We also repair and diagnose most all Palm models so rest assured the unit has been fully tested and verified.
