Rand Mcnally TND 740 Battery

New Battery, not used

This is a fully tested Rand Mcnally TND 740 battery.  The old battery is very difficult to remove from the back of the screen, it is possible to break the screen if too much pressure or flexing is done in trying to remove the battery.  This battery requires a soldering iron for the installation.

There are two different version of the TND 740 (TND 740 and TND 740c), one that has a battery that is soldered to the board(TND 740) and a newer(TND 740c) style that is not soldered, this battery is only for the solder version, it does not have a connector that is needed for the newer style of unit.  You can use this battery if you transfer the connector from the TND 740c.

Battery capacity, 1800mAh, is slightly less than the OEM rated battery.  This causes no difficulty for the TND 740.

NOTE: To be able to ship the battery to a country other than the US we will need to put the battery into a device, once you recieve the package you will need to remove it from the device.
