My Palm IIIxe died after 16 years. I found this website and called Chris. He was so great on the phone I knew he could resolve the issue. I mailed it on Tues and received it back on Sat of the same week (which also says a lot about USPS surprisingly). The unit works like new and Chris even sent me an email asking me to let him know when I received the unit. I have NEVER experienced service like this and can\'t recommend Chris highly enough. If your Palm is acting up you definitely want to call Chris!!!!!!!!!

Was out on the water today with my newly repaired, by Chris Short, Garmin GPS MAP 180. Had it running for about three hours. It worked like new!

My Palm Tungsten E2, vintage 2007, started acting up then ceased responding to the stylus. Mailed the PDA to Chris from California on 8/26. It was repaired and back in my mailbox from Minnesota on 9/1. Can't ask for any better quality of work and service than that. Highly recommended.

After conferring with Chris Short, I mailed my Zumo late on Friday and received my as new unit the following Thursday. Outstanding button repair, new LCD and digitizer and new internal battery. Chris is a consummate technician and customer service professional. I will wholeheartedly recommend PalmDr/Short Tronics to anyone needing fast, competent GPS repairs. He's the best!
