I have had 2 Garmin Zumo 550s refurbished over the past year and I am happy with the quality of service. My units work as nearly new as they ever have and are updated, and even better than before with the memory increase. I use these on my motorcycles as I tour the country and have never been left down by a GPS problem. Only 1 times did I encounter a problem - and with 1 simple phone call I was able to have Chris talk me through a reset that fixed the GPS. WOW - Service and Quality and Price all at the same place. Hi Chris, at the end of 2016 you supplied a Palm E2 to replace my ancient IIIc, and then helped my to recover my data (10 years worth) and install it on the new pda. This involved you having direct access to my pc from across the Atlantic, and telephone contact even at the weekend.

Now that everything seems to be running correctly, I thought I would just take moment to express my gratitude. Although I recognize that some of the problems were of my own making, you and the guys on the Forum have been very supportive. I’m afraid my local adviser got it all wrong, and it is much more difficult to correct someone’s mistakes than it is to do it right first time.

I am getting to grips with the improved functionality of the Tungsten E2, and with the subtleties of Graffiti 2.

So, may I say a big thank you to you all, and I wish you, your family and colleagues a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
