International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Chris is a lifesaver! My father in law's Palm Lifedrive died. My father in law is old (almost 80) and not going to learn anything new so the only option was to replace what he had so he would still be able to function just like nothing happened.

Well Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He got me out the replacement unit the same day on expedited shipping. My father in law in Europe is happy as a clam because his new unit is faster than his old one and has a better display!

Now I am the favorite son it law!
