International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I use Windows 7, 64-bit. I downloaded the Aceeca drivers and installed them, using the instructions. For the first time in three years, I was able to perform a USB hot sync on my Palm TX and my husband's TX without a problem. Thank you for making this information available.
