International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Chris was very helpful on initial contact via phone, explaining that he could indeed replace the motherboard with one from a used, in-good-condition unit. When it was sent back there were still issues with the digitizer, so a quick return and different digitizer makes this old unit good as new. It's so great to see someone who can take the time to make repairs so that we don't have to upgrade. We love our old toys! Thanks, Chris!
