International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

My "new" Palm TX from PalmDR works better in its basic functions than the one I purchased at Staples did years ago when it was fresh out of the box!
Add to that PalmDR's modifications (mic, switch & screen) and the all extra software they threw in, and I was nothing short of amazed!
This one comes up faster, speaks louder and has a much brighter display than my original one.
Add to that the prompt shipping, and I had an excellent experience. My only regret is that I didn't place the order sooner.
