International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Chris is a genius. Got a new laptop and computer guru said my Palm would not run on Windows 7. All kinds of alternate suggestions offered. Which would have required reentry of over 500 contacts just for starters. And about $500 for new equipment and all else.

Sent a note to Chris bemoaning the mess asking for assistance. Chris sent back -- in a matter of hours -- an email note with a link to a driver. I sent that to the guru who installed it. After a couple of tries and some additional alterations to get the handheld to recognize the new computer and vice versa such as having the device manager open in the start up process, VOILA! all of the data on my hand held appeared on my new laptop in good order.

And on top of having me from untold misery, I asked Chris what I owed him for his assistance and he declined. What did he want instead? This note of thanks and praise. Which he well deserves!

This guy can do anything with these old bits and pieces of gear to make them keep working and giving service.
