International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

If you want/need to have a PDA repaired, this IS the place to go! I "damaged" my T5 attempting to replace the back cover. In the process, what ever I did ... the T5 was dead. I talked with Short Tronics before sending my T5 ... needed to get some confidence that "they" were a honest company. Let me say, they are MORE than honest. My T5 was repaired, things I asked them to do, they did. But, they did NOT do any UN-necessary work. Their pricing is MORE than fair and they returned my T5 very quickly. I'm VERY pleased.
