International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Having four Palm Pilot Vx handhelds is like a blessing and curse. Sure, with all the accouterments of IR function, GPS accessory ability, MS Outlook sync up to the desktop, Acrobat Reader for download e-books, and everything else, LIFE IS GOOD. Until the unit does not work. Then there IS a disturbance in the Force.

Chris Short is knowledgeable, gracious, clear in his communications, quick in performing service, and incredibly reliable in every other regard imaginable. I sent him FOUR broken units and now have them back in perfect working order.

This is not an understatement: The Palm Dr is a National Treasure!
