There are some bad actors on the internet advertising Palm service, so I started entering my order slowly and cautiously, pausing every step of the way, but it all looked authentic and reliable so I took the plunge and placed the order. An email confirming shipment was followed by an email from Chris Short as an extra confirmation. The Zire 31 and international AC charger arrived within the time promised. My new Palm worked out of the box like a charm. So did the HotSync. The unit is in beautiful condition. Chris Short must be a man who adheres to the time-honored American work ethic (seldom found nowadays...). Everything is first class, from the web site design to the service and reliability.
