International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I have sent my Tungsten E2 to Chris at Short Tronics/Palm DR.com twice for repair and have been very satisfied. They have replaced a battery, screen, and fixed my "sudden death syndrome." Service and return shipping were fast and prices were reasonable. I have gotten years of additional service from my Palm and I wouldn't hesitate to send it to them again if it malfunctions.
