I rely on my Palm PDA and on Short Tronics to fix it should it go bad. I'm lost without it but I don't have to wait very long for it to be repaired. It's always a very quick turnaround and at a reasonable cost. Friends think I should give up the Palm but it holds too much information to transfer to a cell phone. So thanks again to Chris Short for repairing my Palm.
