International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Title: Amazing Turn Around

Wow! On Monday morning I discovered the glass on my TX was cracked and the digitizer no longer worked. I got it in the mail to Chris that afternoon. It showed up back at my house fully restored on Wednesday, 48 hours later. I couldn't have expected faster service from a walk-in vendor. I've been seriously thinking about replacing my old. beloved Palm with an iPod Touch, or even a small tablet, partly because of the lack of support But with Chris around I can probably get several more years of service out of this baby. He did work for me on this before, also excellent and fast. I'm one happy customer!
