International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Am I glad I came across this site when the LCD screen on my 5-year old Palm TX broke. This was an opportunity to replace the Digitizer, Battery and the on/off switch. Chris fixed it all in less than three hours of receiving it and returned it by mail and I was in business in less than 6-days. This innovative, prompt service is most appreciated. My advise -- do not hesitate sending your PDAs, Garmin's for service to Chris Short -- he is the best!!!
