International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Title: Works great - no more Bluetooth

I had bought a Bluetooth dongle to sync with my home computer (W7-64bit) and then my work upgraded to W7-64 also. Wanting to avoid having to buy another Bluetooth dongle for work, I searched the internet again and found this site. Downloaded the software to make the USB cable work again and shazam! I can now again sync with my work computer (Lotus Notes) using my USB cable and my home computer (MS Outlook) using my Bluetooth dongle. I know, I'm cheap, but I also wish I had found this site in the first place. The "Direct Download" is the way to go. I didn't have to join another site that I'll never use again that way. Kudos PalmDr!
