International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I lost the small grey square that appears on the calender to remind of a appointment and I called the phone number from the home page. The man who answered the phone was so polite and helpful. I explained my problem and he talked me through the setup and it is OK now. If I need repair I will certainly remember where to get repairs.
