International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

My palm suffered from SDS (Sudden Death Syndrome) and a weak battery. Chris was able to tell me the problem and fix it. I have used him before and will continue using him now that HP is short sighted and no longer makes Palms.
