International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Chris was so helpful when my Palm died. He listened to my non-tech descriptions of my problem, and promptly responded with questions and suggestions I could understand. After sending my Palm to him, he assessed and solved my problem effectively and efficiently for a fair cost, and quickly returned my Palm to me with all my important data retrieved.
