NOTICE: 

International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I have never had any better service than Chris provided. He was so helpful in explaining technical things so I could understand, he included specific details regarding shipping back and forth. I shipped my (I feared) "dead" Palm to Chris and received it back fully functioning with all info in a week!
