International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

My friend is back. My unit's touchscreen would not calibrate. Sent it to Chris he diagnosed and made other suggestions, which were followed. Unit out and back in a week. Very easy to communicate with and very fast response in communication and repair.
