International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I found Chris Short on Ebay several years ago, purely by accident. At the time, my "brain" was a Palm Vx. Addictive, but maddening -- wouldn't stay digitized for a week! I was going to replace it, but just "on spec", I bid on a repair and sent it to him.

He fixed the problem, made some recommendations, and had me up and running within days.

From that day forward, Chris became my sole 'brain physician'. I wound up buying my current Workpad III from him (it almost never has to be re-digitized!). If I have a problem, I know he'll always have me back in action quickly, for a fair price. I'll sure vote for that!
