International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I found PalmDr.com and contacted them about my palm pilot. They checked it out, replaced the screen and sent it back within a relatively short time (I think 1.5-2 weeks from when I mailed it). The costs was reasonable. When I asked for a receipt because I wasn't sure where mine was, it was given within an hour. Good job!
