International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I own 2 Z22's and each has needed service in the last 12 months. Palm offers repair (or did) at about $100/unit. PalmDR was about half of that, and the turnover time was excellent. I couldn't be more pleased.
